- A tower clock dominates the foreground of the Trogir old town skyline. The historic city of Trogir is situated on a small island between the Croatian mainland and the island of ÄŒiovo. In the 3rd century BC, Trogir was founded by Greek colonists from the island of Vis, and it developed into a major port until the Roman period. Since 1997, the historic centre of Trogir has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

A Trogir, una delle più belle cittadine dell’Adriatico, è quindi bello muoversi tra strade e vicoli, entrare nelle chiese, scorgere le torri e gli scorci delle mura per poi ammirare il mare, e la terraferma, godendo di un angolo di Croazia in cui la concentrazione di attrattive in grado di far sentire a suo agio il turista interessante anche alla storia e all’arte è davvero elevata.
